What will happen?

Visitors are encouraged to arrive early to make the most of their visit. The event opens at 9.30am.

Each visiting group will be allocated to a site tour, where there will be the opportunity to meet staff and students, visit our Pathways and see student facilities. Please be mindful that the last opportunity to join a site tour will be at 12.00pm.

Visitors will have the opportunity while on tour to see showcases from each pathway area.

Meet the team - staff and students representatives from key college areas will be on hand within the Reception area to speak with on the day.

Please note that the site is large and the tour will involve a considerable amount of walking.

Please allow up to two hours to complete a full visit.

We look forward to welcoming visitors on to Campus and demonstrating some of the amazing work that goes on and the facilities we have to offer.

Arriving earlier or staying later?

Why not take a look around Derwen College's commercial outlets in our Marketplace. More importantly, see first-hand, Derwen College students in training, as each area is linked to our vocational curriculum Pathways. Perhaps have lunch, or refreshments in Derwen's Orangery Restaurant (it is advisable to make a reservation for lunch) or Walled Garden Café, or wander round the Garden Centre or Vintage Advantage Charity Shop.
