There are considerable challenges facing schools in the modernisation of the D&T curriculum so that it keeps pace with technological developments, enabling pupils to learn about innovative new materials and to investigate practically how and why they work’ (OfSTED).  This training will provide you with opportunities to develop and enhance your own subject knowledge for teaching Design & Technology through an enterprise inspired curriculum. The focus of this training will be to plan and deliver engaging and creative learning opportunities which meet the minimum requirements of the primary curriculum.  It will also provide opportunities to share practice and talk with other colleagues about approaches to teaching Design & Technology through enterprise.
