Yes, please show your ticket to our Events Team who will then confirm your time booking and direct you to the relevant expert/s.
Yes, there is ample paid parking directly at the event site, either in the main Mill Meadows car park or the River and Rowing Museums private car park. Please note the River and Rowing Museum car park is locked at 5pm.
Yes, Henley-on-Thames Railway Station is a 5 minute walk from the event.
Yes, the event is accessible with a ramp up to the venue front doors and the Thames Room is located on the ground floor.
You can select from a range of experts, including Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Bespoke Kitchens and Furniture Designers.
We highly recommend pre-booking a slot with your preferred expert, if you wish to speak to more than one expert please make a separate booking with each. Feel free to drop in on the day we may be able to accommodate you or organise a follow up call.
Yes. However they may benefit from some entertainment within the Design & Build event during your consultation. The River and Rowing Museum has a host of child friendly exhibits and play areas, Mill Meadows also has a wide range of family entertainment.
No. Each ticket admits up to 2 Adults to the event. Accompanied children may attend the event without needing to obtain a ticket.
Assistance dogs are welcome, and water bowls are available on request from the Reception Desk.
Yes, free tea, coffee, biscuits and iced water will be available throughout the day in the event room. For something more substantial there is a café located within the River and Rowing Museum. Alternatively Henley-on-Thames has many restaurants and cafes a short walk away.
