About this event
The Diocese of Manchester Comms team will be running a Design with Canva - Improve your Church Graphics workshop on Wed 9th February at 2PM.
If you've never heard of or used Canva before, then this is the course for you!
Canva is a free graphic design platform that has a world of templates, guidelines, stock images, videos and elements for Churches to use to improve their Church graphics. At the Diocese of Manchester we have a range of brand guidelines and resources that can help you improve the flavour and feel of your digital output online.
This course is for any and all abilties and is a chance to shed light on a fantastic free platform.

Workshop Programme
- What is Canva and how could my Church benefit from its use?
- How to use Canva templates and presets
- Basic tutorial on how to build your first Facebook post on Canva.
- How to export a Canva file and share it on Social Media
- Different Canva export settings - How your Church can benefit from its uses!
Canva is a free platform which also offers a paid model. If you are a registered charity you are able to recieve access to the paid Canva Pro for free! This can be quite a complex process, but this will be an area that is touched on in the workshop.
The workshop will be available to download as a video if you are unable to attend.
