Join us for a jewellery workshop that goes beyond the tools. This isn't just about making a ring—it's about getting into the mind of the material. We'll show you how to think and speak the language of jewellery, turning a simple block of wax into a unique piece of art that tells your story. No prior jewellery making experience is necessary; you will be fully supported.
This hands-on class will cover:
- An introduction to the fundamental techniques of wax carving.
- Creative drawing exercises to help you visualise your unique ring design.
- A live demonstration and the opportunity to experiment with different carving tools to create your own one-of-a-kind wax model.
Drinks and snacks will be provided. After the workshop, I will personally cast your wax model into beautiful silver. I'll polish it to perfection and have it ready for you in around four weeks. You can choose to have it posted directly to you or pick it up from my studio.
There will also be options to upgrade your ring with gold vermeil plating, gemstones, or have it cast in 9ct or 18ct gold.
