Refresher Training 1 day – About this event
This 1-day workshop was previously offered on Education Connect but now sits within the Newham Social Care Academy.
This training is attended by DSLs, Deputy DSLs, Leaders and other experienced safeguarding personnel in educational settings
Course Aim:
- Safeguarding update in respect of both Newham and the National landscape
- Training in topical safeguarding issues
- Learning from case reviews
- Newham Partnership Protocols – Rapid Reviews through the use of the 7 min briefings
Refresher for DSL – 1 day will run from 9.30 - 3.30 on the following dates:
- Thursday 2nd October 25
- Tuesday 27th January 26
- Thursday 7th May 26
