Event description

Description

Tricordant and Jaguar Land Rover believe that just like superbly designed products, organisations need to be well designed to deliver the strategic intents of the organisation. Tricordant and JLR have come together to share their insights and approaches to organisation design through a highly practical, 2 day residential masterclass. Both JLR and Tricordant share a common philosophy to designing healthy, high performing organisations. This philosophy goes well beyond analysing skills and competencies, restructuring teams, roles and creating organograms. It begins by exploring the purpose of the organisation, then agreeing what strategy, goals and values are needed to fulfill that purpose, before mapping out the systems, processes, structure, and rewards that are needed to deliver the strategy while using organisation development interventions to nudge people’s behaviours, mindsets, and organisational spirit towards what’s needed to bring the future organisation to life. This interactive, highly practical course will:

  • Build your confidence and impact when supporting transformational change

  • Increase your knowledge of the field of organisation design

  • Grow your understanding of the relationship between organisation design and organisation development

  • Improve your understanding of the importance of a systemic approach to organisation design and why engaging those affected will deliver great results

  • Increase your experience and capability through applying key tools to real case studies and your own design challenges

  • Build your understanding of leaders perspectives on organisation design

  • Learn cross sector practices and insights from from attendees

  • Develop your thinking on your own current organisation design challenges

  • Provide an electronic copy of Tricordants simple but powerful organisation design toolset for use within your own organisation

Who is it for?

This programme is designed for Organisation Design practitioners, Organisation Development practitioners, line managers and HR professionals whose work involves organisation design.
