Description

The potential of AI and Chatbots has been much touted in 2016, but what can they do for your brand?

Artificial Intelligence has a huge range of capabilities. At this morning thought leadership session, we’ll take a look at how we’ve used it to help brands fix problems thought never to have solutions, with a specific focus on our client work with IBM Watson.

Similarly, Chatbots have been used effectively by some companies to speak directly to users without ever the brand ever actually speaking to them, but how do they fit into your overall marketing strategy?

Nicola Hinds, Head of Strategy at e3 will share latest trends and applications looking at the best examples and talking through whether your company could benefit from some wisdom from the machines. She will be joined by our key client partners and thought leaders in the field.

Zoe Camper, Head of Digital at Arthritis Research UK will be talking about how the UK's fourth-largest charity has been using IBM Watson to help sufferers online.
