If you want to learn a few simple techniques that will help you to remember just about anything – from lists of numbers to dates to colleague’s
birthdays – then this short course is for you. Over two hours we will look at:
. How your memory works, why we forget, and how we remember
. Techniques to help you remember, from acrostics and anagrams
. How to build a memory palace . Techniques for passing exams . Foods that feed the brain
The session comes with complete handouts, so that you can relax, listen and practise, rather than take notes
