A new event coming to Birmingham from October, hosted by Steve Hammond and Shane Traynor in partnership with Whitebox Property Solutions
We aim to be Birmingham’s leading educational and networking event for property developers.
We will be hosting a monthly event that is designed to deliver education, knowledge, advice, and support whilst providing unbeatable networking opportunities.
Whether you are new to property development and want to learn more, or you are a seasoned developer that wishes to expand their knowledge and grow their network then this is the event for you.

Steve Hammond
Landlord, construction company owner and serial property entrepreneur, Steve Hammond has a 20 year track record of completing high-quality new build, conversion, extension and refurbishment projects. Founder of CPS and the New Home Company, Steve has a detailed understanding of the build process from start to finish. With a focus on best practice, a passion for quality and an enthusiasm for business, Steve aims to build a highly profitable development company with an annual turnover of £10 million by 2025.
Shane Traynor
Property developer, diversified investor and talk show host, Shane Traynor is responsible for finding and acquiring new properties and developments for New Home Company, whist managing its existing portfolio. Having worked on multi-million dollar construction projects in Australia and New Zealand, Shane followed his passion into full time property development upon his return to the UK.
