Event description

Description

There are managers who coach and managers who don’t.

Leaders in the latter category are not inadequate, but they are neglecting a highly effective framework to develop talent and improve performance.

As a Sales, HR or Learning and Development leader or senior Sales/HR professional, Salestrong invite you to join us at one of London’s most prestigious addresses – 116 Pall Mall – for a breakfast briefing on understanding and successfully developing a coaching culture.

Salestrong have worked with thousands of leaders and their teams, supporting many in improving their coaching skills through a blend of leadership coaching and sales technology expertise.

Over 2 hours, we'll take you through a real life case study, complemented by research and a revew of the latest sales technology; in order to understand and overcome the factors which limit managers investing the right amount of time and energy into coaching their people.

By the end of the session you will learn:

  1. How to develop the mindset, skillset and toolset which drive the desire and capabilit to coach effectively.
  2. How coaching impacts the wider organisation and business results.
  3. How to implement a structure which supports and encourages a coaching culture.

Registration opens at 8.30am, when pastries, bacon sandwiches, tea and coffee will be available.

The briefing will begin at 9am and finish at 11am.
