From the start of your retrofit project, it is essential to establish a communication and engagement plan to enhance project success by keeping stakeholders informed. This masterclass will look into the importance of understanding stakeholder expectations and ways to engage residents to ensure that communication in relation to the retrofit is clear and relevant to them.
