Mae’r digwyddiad yma’n rhan o’r gyfres Dulliau a yrrir gan y gymuned yn ystod y pandemig a gynhelir gan y Bartneriaeth Cymunedau Dyfeisgar
Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn edrych ar sut y llwyddodd y Cyngor Gwirfoddol Sirol ym Mhowys, mewn cydweithrediad â'r Awdurdod Lleol a'r Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol i ymateb i bandemig Covid19 o'r cychwyn cyntaf hyd heddiw. Wrth i’r pandemig daro, roedd y bartneriaeth a oedd yn gweithio rhwng PAVO a’r Awdurdod Lleol yn galluogi mwy o bobl nag erioed i gael mynediad at gefnogaeth y trydydd sector a’r gymuned, o gasgliadau presgripsiwn i fwyd, cyrchu eitemau hanfodol eraill, ynghyd â chefnogaeth i helpu lleihau unigrwydd ac arwahanrwydd.
Bydd yn trafod sut y ffurfiwyd y Grŵp Ymateb Sector Cymunedol sy'n cwmpasu'r 13 ardal Powys, gan adeiladu ar y gwaith partneriaeth dysgu a chadarnhaol yn ystod y pandemig, a sut mae hyn bellach yn gweithredu fel Fforwm Gwerth Cymdeithasol Powys.
Bydd y gweithdy hefyd yn ymdrin â mentrau fel yr Hwb Sgiliau Academi Iechyd a Gofal ar gyfer hyfforddiant a chymorth i unrhyw un sydd am ddechrau gyrfa newydd yn y sector iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol ym Mhowys a gwreiddio presgripsiynu cymdeithasol fel ymagwedd ar gyfer llesiant dinasyddion a chymunedol.

Developing a community sector response in partnership, PAVO, 31 January 2022, Online (Zoom)
This event is part of the Community Powered approaches during the pandemic series of events hosted by the Community Resourcefulness Partnership
This event will look at how the CVC in Powys in collaboration with the Local Authority and Local Health Board were able to respond to the Covid19 pandemic from the initial outset to present day. It will look at how communities and volunteers have played a key role in the delivery of support and how they met the challenges of delivering covid19 support and the delivery of the mass vaccination programme in a rural county.
As the pandemic hit and people were asked to shield, the partnership working between PAVO and the Local Authority enabled more people than ever to access third sector and community based support, from prescription collections to food, accessing other essential items, as well as support to help reduce loneliness and isolation.
It will discuss how the Community Sector Response Group covering all 13 Powys localities was formed, building on the learning and positive partnership work during the pandemic, and how this now acts as the Powys Social Value Forum.
The workshop will also cover initiatives such as the Health & Care Academy Skills Hwb for training and support for anyone looking to start a new career in the health and social care sector in Powys and embedding social prescribing as an approach for citizen and community wellbeing.
