About this event

Health • Personal health

Many people explore meditation but find it difficult to move beyond occasional sessions into a daily, transformative practice. One of the most fundamental aspects of meditation - often overlooked - is ensuring it is not separate from your daily life. In fact, the greatest obstacle in meditation is treating it as something apart from how you live, think, and engage with the world.

In this half day course, we will explore how to build a meditation practice that is not only consistent and sustainable, but deeply integrated into your everyday experience.

You’ll gain a clear overview of how to develop a personal daily routine, from preliminary meditations to deeper contemplation and traditional Lamrim (Stages of the Path) meditations. Whether you are just beginning or seeking to revitalise your current approach, you will learn to shape a practice that fits your life and supports genuine inner transformation.

Everyone is welcome!

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
