Event description
Following up on our successful 'How managers and leaders can promote psychological safety in the workplace' webinar held in April.

About this event

In light of the excellent question raised in the webinar about how to embed learning, we would like to offer you the opportunity to join us in a couple of months to reflect on your journey to develop psychological safety in your workplace. This session will be an open forum for people to share experiences, what has and hasn’t worked, to explore how to overcome challenges and to ask questions.

This is a great way to introduce some accountability to identify your next steps and to give them a go, with the knowledge that this is a development process where things won’t go according to plan or you feel stuck. Roy and I will help you navigate your way by facilitating a conversation to enable you to celebrate what you have achieved and continue to move on.

Magara Law: We statistically spend most of our time thinking about, talking about and in many cases worrying about our work. As an Employment Solicitor Advocate at Magara Law, Roy works hard to help you through the legalities and complexities of your 'every day' and take the "worry" out of your statistics. People are at the heart of Roy’s practice – whether employer or employee – and Roy’s aim is to ensure that whichever side of the relationship you are, your employment rights and obligations are in check.

It's Time for Change: We are controlled by our brain yet most of us don’t understand how to create a context where we can excel. Whether that’s about our environment, our mindset or our ability to manage our emotional arousal, we need to know how to take greater control so that we are able to engage, perform and be healthy. Lisa is a Chartered Psychologist and Psychotherapist and Founder of It's Time for Change, and is driven by the purpose that when we get people right, we get business right. Breaking down barriers to engagement and wellbeing has got to be a priority.
