How do I access the meeting link?

You will get an email after reserving your space with instructions of how to join the online meeting via Microsoft Teams. If you have any issues receiving this, please get in touch.

Will this meeting be recorded?

Accepted Answer

No. I am respectful of your privacy and I wont be holding any personal data or information. For my own access needs, I will be having notes taken to ensure that I don't lose any important information in my brain.

Question 3

Do I have to stay the whole 2 hours?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You are welcome to join at a time that suits you between 1:00pm and 3:00pm and you can stay as long or as little as you need/want. You will be welcomed warmly no matter what.

Question 4

How often will this online group be happening?

Accepted Answer

The group will be running twice a month. Dates for the upcoming groups will be posted here on Eventbrite.

Question 5

I can't attend the set days but I still want my voice to be heard. How can I do this?

You can either fill out the google forms questionnaire, which has many questions surrounding accessibility in creative spaces: https://forms.gle/iCYx9qiQtMonGoJn7 . (let me know if there is any issues with the link). I am available to contact via email too - ceejae@liberativity.com if you choose.

I can no longer attend. Do I need to let you know?

It's good to let me know by cancelling your reservation, so that  people who may be on the waitlist can have the opportunity to come to the group. I do understand this isn't always doable.

Question 7

Will I get a refund if I can no longer attend and I have made a contribution?

Accepted Answer

As stated, don't let finances be a barrier to attendance, there is plenty of free reservations you can book. If you have reserved a contribution ticket, this will be automatically refunded to the account you have used, minus the ticket fees.

Question 8

Can I have someone with me?

Accepted Answer

Support is always welcome—friends, family, or professionals. My support worker will often join me. If your support person is joining us virtually, please ensure they reserve their own ticket too. We want to make sure everyone is accounted for and ready to participate!
