Developing Early Career Researchers: Introducing the Vitae planner

This session is going to introduce Early Career Researchers to the Vitae Researcher Development Framework Planner online resource.
Researchers can use the planner to review their capabilities and expertise, create action plans and identify and store useful resources.
The planner can be used to prepare for supervisory meetings, develop your CV, identify your training needs and plan your future career development across a number of core activities, including:
- Getting started in research
- Information literacy
- Public engagement
Main objectives for this session:
1. Introduce Solent early career researchers to the Vitae RDF planner
2. Workshop ways to personalise the planner.
3. Explore saving to the user dashboard.
