Developing Emotional Resilience: A Restorative Workshop for Inner Strength
Overview
A Restorative Workshop for Inner Strength and Calm
What does emotional resilience truly feel like—especially in moments of stress and overwhelm? This immersive workshop invites you to explore that question through practical tools, gentle reflection, and deeply restorative practices.
Understand Your Emotional Landscape Learn to identify and name your emotions, recognise your personal triggers, and become aware of the subtle shifts in your mind and body when stress arises.
Practice Grounding Techniques Experience mindfulness breathing, grounding exercises, and problem-solving meditations designed to help you stay centered during challenging situations.
Soothe Your Nervous System Sample calming aromatherapy scents during meditation and learn when and how to self-soothe before emotional dysregulation takes hold.
Build Your Resilience Toolkit Begin crafting a personalized set of strategies you can rely on during future moments of stress—tools that empower you to respond with clarity, calm, and confidence.
Restore with Reiki and Relaxation. To reward for your inner work, enjoy a group Reiki healing session and deep relaxation to help you leave feeling lighter, more peaceful, and positively recharged.
This workshop is a gentle invitation to strengthen your emotional foundation and cultivate resilience that lasts.
