Developing Export Sales: Should you? Could you? What's stopping you?

Post-Brexit, we have been told, the world is our oyster! Britain must be a global industrial power. But exporting is complex and involves extensive risk. Join us for a chance to explore and discuss the world of exporting.
This workshop will contain practical advice from Mike Coveney, Director at Augmentas Group who has many years experience of exporting UK-manufactured goods across the globe and Dr Beth Rogers, a sales academic with in-depth knowledge of channel development in business sectors.
Mike and Beth will introduce tools and techniques which you can use in the workshop to:
- assess your company's readiness for international expansion
- choose export markets
- evaluate your value proposition to a particular market
- choose export partners
- understand how export partners might rate you
- plan the implementation of your export pilot
