The Environmental Futures & Big Data Impact Lab is excited to launch a new series of events to introduce entrepreneurs to the tools and techniques of Design Thinking. Over 4 online sessions, you will be able to develop an idea through to a prototype, helping you bring an exciting new product or service to your business.

This event is free and intended for small-medium sized businesses based in Devon. The 4 sessions will run on Tuesday mornings throughout June.

In the first session of the series, Design Thinking expert Sawsan Khuri will begin with Empathise - a series of techniques to help you understand your customers better in order to design a product with good product-market fit.
