Developing Inspection Skills: Leicester

School inspections do not have to be daunting. Having a proper plan in place and a thorough understanding of the process can support your schools outcomes.
This programme is designed to give you the skills and knowledge to take back to your organisation in order to help lead your school through future Ofsted inspections. The agenda is updated to provide current information and knowledge in relation to the new Inspection Framework.

The Programme will focus on answering the following aspects:
> Want to understand the new framework?
> What evidence is needed in relation to the new framework?
> What do staff need to do to be prepared?
> How do leaders within your setting need to be prepared?
> What are the key documents that I will need to have?
> What will the inspector do/ask?
