This session will explore the 70:20:10 learning and development model. We will briefly cover its origin, exploring the model and its use in organisations today. We will also consider the pros and cons of each category of learning and examine how your organisation may make changes in order to benefit fully from the broad range of learning opportunities that leaders experience on a day to day basis.
Please note that this event will include the Coventry & Warwickshire Branch Annual Meeting from 18:30 to 18:45.
