Join us for a rejuvenating day filled with mindfulness practices. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in self-care and reflection. This in-person event will be held at 15 Prince's Gardens in South Kensington, London, providing a peaceful and serene setting to unwind and reconnect with yourself.
Combining mindfulness, movement, and gong healing with a Buddhist approach, Karuna—a former Buddhist monk—guides you on a path of self-discovery, rejuvenation, and spiritual healing.
We know life can be stressful and overwhelming. Sometimes, happiness can feel out of reach—or even like an illusion. It doesn’t come from material success alone—genuine happiness is also an inside job. It’s something you can nurture by cultivating inner strengths like kindness and compassion for yourself and others.
Karuna Priya currently serves as the Buddhist Faith Adviser to the Chaplaincy at Imperial College London. With his extensive experience, he offers support in deepening your meditation practice, cultivating compassion, and growing into a more grounded, peaceful version of yourself.
