Our speakers are Andrew Hollingsworth and Sandra Mansfield:
Andrew has been working in L&D/OD/HR within blue-chip and SME environments for over 20yrs. His experience stretches over many sectors such as Retail, Logistics, Utilities and Professional Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Education and has held several management roles within international organisations. Over the last 6yrs he has worked as a commercial coach/consultant within both academic and commercial environments and currently runs his own business providing a range of L&OD services across leadership & management development, coaching, personal development, psychometrics, team development, change, performance management and customer service. Andrew has recently developed a psychological-based coaching/team development tool called Archeotype © that is being brought to market.
As founder of Wiltshire-based training consultancy, Mansfield Associates, Sandra has spent the past 12 years developing individuals and teams through facilitation, coaching and the design and delivery of both University accredited and bespoke learning and development programmes. With a solid commercial background in IT and Telecoms, Sandra has worked with a variety of sectors including health, manufacturing, defence and retail and continues to design and deliver a wide range of successful programmes covering subjects such as leadership & management development, coaching skills for managers, managing projects and effective communication.
