Developing Partnerships with Resonance

In this workshop, we will explore how organisations, particularly small charities, can develop partnerships to support their strategy. We will cover why to partner, including building capacity, capability, and scale, and who to partner with, using stakeholder mapping and understanding operational, funding, and knowledge-based relationships.

We will examine the partnership continuum and practical frameworks for assessing partnership types and suitability, including identifying collaborations that support organisational goals without risking mission drift. We will also address strategic partnerships with corporates, approaches to communicating with partners, and capturing learning from partnership experiences.

By the end of the session, you will have tools and frameworks to analyse, manage, and evaluate partnerships in a structured way, supporting purposeful, sustainable, and aligned collaboration.

Each workshop has 25 places offered on a strictly first come first served basis so, to ensure a place, make sure to book a ticket as soon as possible. Places are charged at £18* for The Fore grantees and at £28* for all other attendees.
