Janie Lambeth, BSc, PGCert

As a Director at Threedom Solutions Janie leads the team creating and delivering a broad range of interventions to groups and individuals. After a successful career in the commercial sector she studied for her post grad certificate in coaching and established Threedoms Solutions with the intention of making a difference by helping people and organisations to flourish. In her words:

“Establishing Threedom Solutions has enabled me to do my part in supporting our future generations by supporting the very people providing their education.”

Much of the work she does is based around resilience, strengths based coaching and team coaching, helping schools to equip their staff and students with the skills to deal with the ever-increasing pressures our lives place on us.

Passionate about wellbeing and passionate about self-development Janie delivers her training in a relaxed, informative but at times challenging way.

“It was one of the best training courses I’ve been on for a very long time and was full of insight, practical activities and solutions for myself and for working with the team back in school and developing better resilience amongst all of us. Things I have used many times since then." Graeme Genty, Head Teacher, St. Chad’s CE (VA) Primary School

The cost of this high quality training day is £120+ VAT per delegate, unless your school has purchased our All Inclusive CPD package (see www.lutsa.co.uk for details of this)
