Developing skills through professional pathways

Learn more about the Professional Development Scheme for transport planners, and the Transport Planning Professional Qualification, and how the TPS can support you in delivering these to develop and broaden transport planning skills in your organisation.

This new webinar is for our public sector partners and has two key aims. The first is to set out the alternative pathways available to grow essential transport skills generally but more specifically in the public sector. This should provide useful insight for your authority both in terms of staff recruitment and service procurement. Secondly we will explain what the different offers are for how TPS can provide support in the key task of professional development. This will include our offer for apprentices (an increasingly popular route for recruitment), graduates and those further on in their careers. This includes the TPS Professional Development Scheme for transport planners, and the Transport Planning Professional (TPP) qualification.
