Event description

Description

How can a childrens and youth ministry thrive over many years?

How do we avoid burning out our leaders, both paid and volunteer?

How do we recruit new volunteers and grow them in skills and confidence?

How could you create systems that minimise admin time, and allow you to be with the children and young people you work with more?

We know that these are complicated, long-term issues, but at January's RNG Lab we will begin to explore these and other issues together, providing you with opportunities to reflect, and to share experience and expertise.

Developing Sustainable Children's, Youth & Families Ministry will be repeated in three locations across the Diocese of Lichfield - please choose the appropriate ticket for the event date.
