Every company has a brand either explicit or implicit which is created by everything the company and its employees do. If this brand is understood and used effectively it can be extremely effective in adding value by increasing image and salience and differentiating your products and services from your competitors. However the effects of not knowing your brand can lead to reduction in customer satisfaction, added value, margin and your staff's performance.
This workshop will help you decide what kind of company you wish to be and will help you look at the best branding for your business. Peter has over 40 years of marketing and general management experience with major companies including Proctor & Gamble, Bacofoil, TNT Express Worldwide and British Gas. The last decade he has been working with SMEs and start-ups to help the, grow their businesses.
