This online course will introduce participants to the impact of culture on mediation. It will explore how a good understanding of cultural factors can assist mediators to facilitate agreement between mediating parties.

• The 7-levels of culture
• How your personal Cultural Map impacts on your mediation work
• Using the research on the Dimensions of National Culture in Mediation
• Cross-cultural communication issue

The course will be led by Tony Buon, a very experienced Registered Civil, Commercial & Workplace Mediator. Tony has extensive global experience and regularly teaches courses on Cultural Intelligence (CI) and has trained over 3000 mediators worldwide since 1985.

This event will be delivered online via Zoom. A link will be sent out before the event to all registered attendees.
