Why do some people cope with adversity so well, while others crumble? Well, the thing that makes all the difference is, resilience.
Resilience is your personal toolkit that helps you to:
- handle whatever life throws at you
- get back up again when life knocks you down
- toughen up and even thrive when things get tough
As the saying goes, it’s not what happens, but how you react to it, that matters. When life throws you lemons, make lemonade.
So the question is, are you resilient enough? The good news is that even if you’re not a naturally resilient person, it is something that we can all develop.
