The conference will also address difficult issues as a ward manager including managing performance concerns and nurses in difficulty, managing and understanding ward finances and budgets and ensuring safe care and staffing. The conference will give delegates a chance to reflect on the day to day life of a Ward Manager including tips for aspiring Ward Managers or those new to the role.
