Developmental Trauma

Early life experiences leave lasting imprints on the brain, body, and attachment patterns. This 2.5-hour online session explores how developmental trauma shapes a person’s sense of self and relationships - and, most importantly, how relational healing can happen at any stage of life.

Designed especially for survivors of Mother and Baby Homes, Magdalene Laundries, and Workhouses, this session will also be valuable for those working alongside survivors or with people affected by similar histories.

This is the first in our four-part Trauma-Informed Taster Series: Understanding Healing Across the Lifespan. You’re warmly encouraged to attend the whole series for the richest experience, but each session also works as a standalone training.
