All Devon and Cornwall Hub members are invited to attend at Arundell Arms, Lifton, (PL16 0AA) to our Annual General Meeting for the Election of new committee members and networking, while enjoying a light buffet. The AGM will be followed by a Technical Talk open to wider South West and South Wales members.
The event cost is free.
Timings:
18:00 - Networking. Refreshments will be provided (tea/coffee and Juice. All alcohol is to be self purchased).
18:30 - AGM - Chair, Secretary and Treasurer's reports. Elections.
18:45 - Technical Talk by Diego Padilla-Philipps ‘Co-Design: The Future of Building Design is Here’

Regional Group members are invited to submit nominations for any of the Regional Hub Committee roles. The consent of the nominee must be obtained prior to submission of the nomination, and all nominations must be seconded by a Regional Hub member. Nominations must be returned to David Bray by 5.00pm, 24th September 2025 or handed in at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25th September 2025. If necessary, a ballot will be held at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the result declared at the meeting.
Additional nominations may be made at the AGM if nominations have not been received for all roles.
Student Representatives will be nominated by their universities.
