Please note- this workshop is only suitable for those who line manage Grade 6/7s

Having great career conversations is about knowing what motivates, inspires and engages your colleagues. To support the annual talent management process for Grade 6/7s, we are running a series of workshops to support line managers in preparing for career conversations.

If you are the line manager of individuals at Grade 6/7, then these workshops are for you. Over the course of 90 mins, you will learn about the importance of having good career conversations, and how you can put this into practice (including the use of the 9-box talent grid).
