D&I EXPERT INTERVIEW: The Future of Working Flexibly
Event Information
About this Event
Covid-19 has driven a boom in virtual working. Many people are now working from home. They are all forced to learn how to work in remote teams, manage remotely, and build virtual relationships.
In addition many of us are learning to combine work and home life, experimenting with ways of being productive at home, being a good parent, and learning to set boundaries for between work and personal life.
But what does all this mean for the future of work? Does it make flexible and remote working more accepted? What can you do to create a culture where flexible working is more accepted? Will we return to a culture of presenteeism as soon as we no longer have to work from home? What can you do to consolidate lessons learned? Join us to find out, learn how others are tackling these issues and get your questions on the topic answered.
