D&I Network Event: "Embedding Inclusivity in the Workplace"
Overview
This in-person event for the RES Diversity & Inclusion Network will look at how we can truly embed inclusivity in the workplace. The event will include opportunities for networking, as well as a keynote speech, facilitated breakout sessions and a panel discussion.
The event will start with a keynote speech from Stefania Paredes Fuentes. This will be followed by facilitated breakout sessions on topics: "How to have open conversations", "How to develop allies in the workplace", "What does an inclusive workplace look like?" and "How to balance EDI values with business growth".
The programme will conclude with a panel discussion on "How to overcome challenges to embed inclusivity in the workplace", facilitated by Maureen Paul, Senior Director and Global Principal at Jacobs, with panelists including Andrew Leicester, Director, Frontier Economics and Jac Levene, Head of Profession Communities and HMT LGBT+ Network Co-Chair, GESR
The formal programme will be followed by a drinks reception, offering the chance to continue conversations and network with fellow attendees.
