About this Event

Real change in Diversity & Inclusion requires a culture change. We all know that. But how do you influence culture? What can you do to foster more openness and curiosity to those that are different? How can you shift behaviours in your organisation?

In this webinar you will learn what you can do to start a dialogue and shape behaviour of leaders, foster openness and curiosity and create safe spaces and dialogue.

At the end of the webinar you will:

  • Know how to assess readiness for change;
  • Know how to leverage what you have already got; and
  • Have new tools and techniques to run sessions that shift mindsets.

This webinar is for you if:

  • You are looking for ideas on how to start change your organisational culture;
  • You need a quick way to update or refresh your D&I strategy;
  • You currently have responsibility for driving Diversity & Inclusion;
  • You are a Director in your company;
  • Your role sits within Human Resources and you want to learn how to motivate your internal clients to meet the overall objectives of the organisation; or
  • You are a Diversity & Inclusion practitioner or champion.
