About this Event

Developing the skills that contribute to a culture of tolerance, respect and belonging – an inclusive culture – requires not just passion but understanding of the key ingredients: (1) shaping inclusive behaviours, (2) impactful, effective initiatives and (3) role modelling from the top.

Webinar content:

In this training session you will learn what are inclusive behaviours and how to embed them, what initiatives work and don’t work, how to introduce and run them, and how to ensure that your efforts are reflected and showcased by senior leaders and influencers in your organisation.

This webinar is for you if:

  • You're looking for a quick way to identify the right types of D&I programmes;
  • You currently have responsibility for driving Diversity & Inclusion;
  • You are a Director in your company;
  • Your role sits within Human Resources and you want to learn how to motivate your internal clients to meet the overall objectives of the organisation;
  • You are a Diversity & Inclusion practitioner or champion; or
  • You have a keen interest in D&I and want to learn how to start embedding it where you are.
