Rooted in ancient Mexican and Meso-American traditions, this gathering is a collective grief space: we come together to remember our roots and ancestors, co-create an altar of stories and offerings, and honour the cycles of life and death while nurturing the bonds that still connect us.

14:30 – 16:00 · Continuing Bonds: Remembering and Celebrating Our Loved Ones
Facilitator: Dr Dom, Clinical Psychologist
An intimate circle offering guided reflection, sharing, and remembrance, honouring the presence of loved ones across realms with Día de Muertos–inspired rituals.

16:00 – 19:00 · Main Altar of the Dead Ceremony. Prepare the alter and Medicine Songs.
Our communal gathering with medicine songs, cleansing, and a sacred time to share memories of our beloved ones.
You are invited to help decorate the altar with drawings, flowers, and offerings. Bring photos, objects, or anything meaningful to co-create this communal altar — a shared prayer for our departed.
