Hello and welcome to the Peer Support Group for individuals who are currently living with Diabetes or have recently received a pre-diabetic diagnosis. The purpose of these groups is for individuals to come together who have lived experience of their conditions and provide support and help for others who are in a similar situation. There will be guest speakers in attendance from time to time providing diabetes and pre-diabetic advice regarding their specialisms.
