The West Riding & Craven Diabetic Eye Screening Programme (WRC DESP) invites you to join us for an informal online session, to learn about diabetic eye disease and how you can support our national screening programme.
Diabetes is one of the leading causes of preventable sight loss. Whether you are a health professional, living with diabetes or would just like to know more, you are welcome to join our session which will cover:
- Diabetic retinopathy (eye disease) and its effects
- The Diabetic Eye Screening Programme
- How health professionals, friends, families and colleagues can support eye screening
We offer free diabetic eye screening to people over the age of 12 with a diagnosis of diabetes. We screen across Bradford District, Keighley, Calderdale, South Kirklees, Ilkley, Skipton and Settle. To find out more about our Programme visit: Contact and Locations - InHealth Group
