Event description

Description

In the 20th anniversary year of her death, this explorer walk provides an opportunity to see some of the places Princess Dianna knew when she first moved to London; and also to see some of the permanent memorials dedicated to her. These include the apartment block containing the flat bought for her as an 18th birthday present, a favourite café, the memorial fountain, and the location of the famous photograph with the children and the see through dress. Please note that some locations visited are private property and we remain in public areas at all times.

We will be using the transport network to move between locations, so please bring your oystercards or contactless bank cards to cover fares, these are not included. The total walking distance will be about 4km. Please note that the starting point is opposite Earls Court underground station. The explorer walk will last approximately 3 hours and ends at Victoria. 25% of the proceeds will be donated to one of the charities supported by Dianna’s sons.
