Join us for an informative and engaging Q&A session with Chloe Hall and Nishti Udeh, two leading dietitians and experts on Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS).
Chloe is a Dietitian with over 10 years of experience working in the NHS. She hdiet and MCAS. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking for advanced tips, come along to learn more about managing diet and MCAS.as also launched her own business, @thecalmgutdietitian, which specialises in gut health, and specifically histamine intolerance and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Chloe became interested in the area following her husband's experience with MCAS, and she is passionate about raising awareness of these lesser-known conditions.
Nishti is a highly experienced children’s dietitian with over 12 years of expertise in helping families manage food allergies, feeding challenges, and eating disorders. She has worked across both NHS and private sectors, supporting children with complex needs such as MCAS, histamine intolerance, gut health issues, and ARFID. Nishti collaborates closely with MCAS specialist Dr. Costa to deliver comprehensive care and is also a certified mindfulness teacher, bringing a holistic, child-centred approach to her work.

What you need to know
We will be running this session virtually through Zoom, you are welcome to attend with your microphone and camera off if you feel more comfortable doing so. We will email out the Zoom link to join 1 hour before the session. Please check your spam folder if you can't find this link.
Please note: We will be taking a register so if there are a large number of participants, it may take a while – please be patient if you are in the waiting room. It will make the process of admitting people and taking the register much quicker if you could change your name before joining, to the name you used when booking. You can access a step by step on how to change your name here.
Please book a place for everyone who will be attending online, even if you'll be attending using the same device. This helps us keep the event running smoothly and safely and also helps us to decide what kind of events to organise in the future.
