Is lunch provided?

No, there will be no lunch or refreshments provided. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, but there are no facilities to chill or heat food. There is an M&S and a Costa in the main Hospital building. There is a water dispenser near the room where the event is held.

Is the event accessible?

The building and room are wheelchair accessible (on the 1st floor, but there is an elevator). If you have any access needs please contact us and we will do our best to support your attendance.

Is there an age limit?

This day is designed for those preparing to apply to study dietetics at university, and so is aimed at students studying A-levels or equivalent. The age limit is 16+.

What if I need to cancel?

We only have a very limited number of places available, so if you are no longer able to attend then we would be extremely grateful if you could please cancel your place. This frees the spot up for someone else to be able to attend.

What if I can't make this date?

We run these study days at least once a year, so if you cannot attend this event but are interested in attending a future event then please let us know.

Can I bring anybody with me?

Due to limited places available it is not possible to bring anyone with you who is not booked to attend the event.
