For Partners from Two Different Worlds: A Relationship Workshop
Every relationship is a meeting of at least two worlds. For many of us, it's a meeting of many worlds. In this interactive, therapist-led workshop, you'll explore how your cultural backgrounds, family histories and communication styles shape the way you love, listen, and connect.
Whether you and your partner(s) come from different countries, cultures, religions, or simply carry different life experiences, this workshop creates a space to understand each other in new, deeper ways.
What to expect:
- Creative Exploration: Through our signature Culture mapping exercise, you'll co-create a visual representation of the cultural ingredients that shaped each of you: where you’ve lived, your heritage, religion, race, and more.
- Guided Reflection: Zoom out to explore how each aspect of your background has influenced your beliefs around relationships, communication, and love.
- Deep Listening Practice: Learn and practice a mirroring exercise that fosters empathy, connection, and understanding—so you can truly hear each other.
- A space for reflection: Come together in a supportive group space to reflect, share insights, and unpack what you’ve learned.
