Difficult Conversations 101 will provide you with step-by-step guidance on preparing for, holding and following up on challenging conversations.

The workshop will focus on the different types of difficult conversations we face in the workplace, and why we need to have them.

You will leave the session with practical tools to help you to give feedback and manage challenging conversations day-to-day.

Are the sessions accessible?

If you have any additional needs to help you to get the most out of our session, contact our friendly team.

How many people will be on the workshop?

To ensure we have a good conversation and everyone has an opportunity to contribute and ask questions, there will be a minimum of 6 learners and a maximum of 20 learners per workshop.

Who are your facilitators?

Our facilitators are friendly, experienced practitioners focused on providing pragmatic, real-world learning experiences.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel up to 7 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
