We Need to Talk: How to handle difficult conversations when working on digital projects

Difficult conversations are a fact of working life. Whether we’re addressing the performance of a team member, negotiating scope and costs with a client or learning how to function as a well-oiled team. Knowing how to successfully handle a difficult conversation can improve your relationships and ensure time, money and energy is spent in the right place.

In this half day interactive session we’ll look at ways to handle difficult, awkward and down-right uncomfortable conversations. We’ll cover project themes including financials and team performance.

At the end of this workshop you will have not only flexed and strengthened your communication skills but you’ll be a more adept project leader capable of handling even the stickiest situations.
