What comes to mind when you think of an art exhibition? I'd be willing to bet it isn't a sea of posters hanging from the ceiling with a cardboard couch in the corner, but then DMU isn't known for doing things by half measures. Even this quick glance into the Graphic Design and Illustration courses tells you what lengths its students and staff will go to create a memorable experience.
This shows theme is digging for inspiration, ideas and all the other unnameable things that come together to make a design student (apart from pasta and takeaway pizza). The first year is all about setting the precedent for the rest of your time at university. It is inspiring to see not only how far students have come from heir tentative beginnings n the course, but also imagine how much further they'll travel on their journeys and what more fantastic things they'll create.
