More about The Creative Technology Research Group
The Creative Technology Research Group includes about 30 research staff working on interfaces where digital technology comes together with the physical potential of data to produce innovative 3D and virtual designs. Some of their work is blue-sky and some applications are aimed at improving health, education and the lives of young people, older people and people with disabilities. Another strand involves clever solutions for games and making videos. They explore people’s experience with the applications we make across the range of senses, concentrating our work at the point where societal and technological challenges meet to make new knowledge and new opportunities.
